Physical Therapy

We have a team of board-certified Physical Therapists who works hard to ensure that clients will have a better quality of life. Our physical therapist assists patients in all stages of recovery, from the initial diagnosis through the restorative and preventative stages. Our therapist will assess and develop exercises that will benefit each patient individually. We are committed to helping patients lessen their reliance on prescription medications over time by assisting them in maintaining flexibility and mobility while also building strength and endurance.

Our Physical Therapists can perform the following:

• Perform a physical exam and evaluation, including health history and certain testing procedures, evaluation of posture, movement and flexibility, and of muscle and joint motion and performance
• Provide a clinical diagnosis, prognosis, plan of care, and short and long-term goals
• Provide physical therapy treatment and intervention based on the therapist’s evaluation and diagnosis
• Provide self-management recommendations
